Dr. Michael Young, DC

Dr. Young has been in practice since 1996 when he graduated from New York Chiropractic College.  Dr. Young was made a member of The Phi Chi Omega Chiropractic Scholastic Honor Society.  He is also certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners.

During his years of practice Dr. Young has taken many hours of continuing education classes relating to musculoskeletal conditions.   He has successfully treated thousands of patients of all ages for musculoskeletal complaints.

In the practice he uses various techniques including, Diversified Technique, Flexion Distraction, Trigger Point Therapy, Graston Technique, Instrument Assisted Manipulation, and several other types of treatment.

Dr. Kristen Sawyer, DC

Dr Sawyer graduated from Northeast College of Health Sciences(formerly New York Chiropractic College) with honors in 2021. She is originally from Buffalo, NY but has found a home in the finger lakes and central New York since 2018. Dr Sawyer attended SUNY Fredonia for her Bachelors in Biology where she competed on the Division 3 NCAA Track and Field team as a pole vaulter.

Dr Sawyer has a passion for treating a variety of musculoskeletal issues and educating patients on their condition. Because of her athletic background Dr Sawyer pictures each patient as an athlete with their daily activities being their performance. She believes that just like any athlete when your performance is painful or hindered you seek to get out of that pain, and chiropractic just may be the answer. She is able to utilize different techniques to best suit the needs of her patients and their complaints based on evidence informed protocols. Dr Sawyer has training in Diversified adjusting, Flexion Distraction, Nimmo Soft tissue and Instrument Assisted Soft tissue techniques all while treating every population.

When not in the office, Dr Sawyer can be found skiing in the winter months, hanging out on the lake and playing tennis in the summer and reading or tending to her house plants.

Amanda Wetherbee, LMT

Amanda has been happily married to Chad for 15 years. They have two sons and two dogs. Amanda loves to watch and help her husband, older son, and niece race go Karts during the spring and summer months. She keeps busy helping and volunteering for her boys’ sports of baseball, football, basketball, and wrestling. Amanda also volunteers her time for Meals-On-Wheels. She enjoys sewing and crafts in her spare time. She is currently learning more massage therapy techniques such as lymphatic massage and craniosacral therapy.
